Ardmore Traditional Cask Our
traditional methods ensure a distinctive taste that is full and rich
with unique Highland peat-smoke notes. Since our establishment in 1898
the magnificent Scottish Golden Eagle has been a regular visitor to the
hills around our distillery at Ardmore and is our symbol of commitment

Auchentoshan 12 Year Old Triple
Distilled, matured for 12 years. A lowland malt with aroma of toasted
almonds, caramelised toffee and the signature smooth delicate
Auchentoshan taste.
Balvenie DoubleWood 12 Year Old. First
Cask: matured exclusively in traditional whisky oak casks. Mellows the
maturing spirit and imparts gentle, warming layers of vanilla spiciness. Second
Cask: A further few months� maturation in European oak sherry casks
increases complexity, bringing the fruity and honeyed depths to this
single malt. Banffshire.
BenRiach 13 Year Old Madeira Finish. The
BenRiach �Maderensis Fumosus� is distilled from peated malted barley,
matured in American oak and then finished in Henriques and Henriques
Madeira barrels. This unusual single malt cleverly combines the distinct
and contrasting aromas and flavours associated with richly peated malt
whisky and the elegant style of woof selected for final maturation.
Morayshire.
Benromach Traditional. Distilled
and matured at the smallest working distillery in Speyside, Benromach
uses sping water from the nearby Romach Hills, the finest malted barley
and hand selected casks. The Result is a rich mellow whisky with fruity
and malty tones, balanced with a hint of smoke. Morayshire.
Bunnahabhain 12 Year Old. Our
distillery lies on the isolated north eastern tip of this enchanting
isle � an idyllic place for distillation with a heritage dating back to
1881. Pronounced
�Bu-na-ha-venn�. This welcoming dram is fondly known for its
wonderfully gentle taste making it quite distinct from other Islay
whiskies. Isle of Islay. Bushmills 10 Year Old Matured
in bourbon and oloroso sherry casks for 10 years giving this whiskey a
smooth, approachable flavour. Its honey, vanilla and chocolate notes are
balanced by toasted wood, ripe fruit and a clean, crisp finish.
Caol Ila 12 Year Old. Out
of sight, in a remote cove near Port Askaig lies Caol Ila, hidden gem
among Islay�s distilleries since1846. Not easy to find, Caol Ila�s
secret malt is nonetheless highly prized among devotees of the Islay

Cardhu 12 Year Old. A
classic Speyside whiskey, gentle and well balanced. Distilled &
bottled at the Cardhu distillery, Morayshire. An old favourite of many a
connoisseur
Clynelish 12 Year Old. The
original distillery was built in 1891 on the remote north east by the
future Duke of Sutherland and the Wildcat mark originates from the
Sutherland Coat of Arms. The water used is taken from the Clynelish Burn
which, about a mile from the distillery, enters a rocky gorge and
tumbling over several falls is caught in a stone cistern and piped to
the distillery. Brora, Sutherland.
Connemara Peated Single Malt Connemara's
smooth sweet taste and complex malt and peat flavours make it a truly
unique Irish Whisky. Its unique flavour created by the centruies old
technique of drying malting barley over peat fires. Dalwhinnie 15 Year Old.From
the highest distillery in Scotland, set in the windswept Grampian
Mountains with their unlimited supply of fresh spring water, comes this

The English Whisky Company Chapter 6 A
rare Single Malt Whisky from St Georges Distillery in Norfolk.
Distilled back in 2007 and bottled in March 2010. An unpeated, not
chill-filtered and natural coloured Whisky? You tell us� Edradour � The Distillery Edition Distilled
by hand at Scotlands smallest distillery, gives Eradour a truly uniqe
aroma of sugared almonds and a hint of Orlosso. The Smooth, creamy,
light malty taste is followed by a mellow, warming finish.
Glen Elgin 12 Year Old. North
of Scotland�s mountainous Cairngorn region the arable land is rich, the
climate cool and dry. Here, where the River Lossie meanders toward the
ancient Royal Burgh of Elgin, is the fine old distillery that bears its
name. House martins, which have returned each April for as long as can
be remembered, swoop among the now rare worm tubs. The distillery
maintains traditional practices like these, in order to maintains its
whisky�s elusive fruity character. To this day, Glen Elgin stands out
from the crowd for its hand-crafted approach to whisky making. Speyside.

Highland Park 12 Year Old. Highland
Park takes its name from the High Park area on the outskirts of
Kirkwall Orkney, where in 1798, Magnus Eunson began distilling illegal
Whisky. A local smuggler, Magnus would hide this forbidden under the
spirit of the Church. Kirkwall, Orkney Inchmurrin Single CaskBottled
straight from the cask, without chill filtering or colouring! A single
malt full of characher and flavour from the Loch Lomand Distillery. Inchmurrin 12 Year Old. Inchmurrin
is typical of a traditional Highland Malt. An abundance of crystal
clear spring water from the mountains surrounding the distillery on the
banks of Loch Lomand combine with traditional methods and craftsmanship
to produce a unique, round-bodied flavour with subtle undertones. Loch

Lagavulin 16 Year Old Loch
water rushing over rocky falls, barley malted over moorland peat, slow distillation and long maturation in oak casks; all help to shape
Lagavulin's robust and smoky character. �Time� say the islanders, �Takes
out the fire but leaves in the warmth�. Port Ellen, Isle of Islay. Laphroaig 10 Year Old.Laphroaig,
pronounced �La-froyg� is an all-malt scotch whisky from the remote
island of Islay in the Western Isles of Scotland. Laphroaig is a Gaelic
word and means �the beautiful hollow by the broad bay�. In the making of
Laphroaig, malted barley is dried over a peat fire. The smoke from the
peat fire gives Laphroaig its particularly rich flavour. Isle of Islay.
Ledaig 10 Year Old. What
gives Ledaig 10 Year Old Single Malt Whisky its intensely complex
character? First, peat dried malted barley is married with aromatic
water, drawn from dark mountain Lochs on rugged Isle of Mull. Matured in
superior oak wood casks, the spirit lies undisturbed for ten long
years. The result? A wonderfully peated single malt, robust and vibrant
with a spicy smokiness, floral seaside aromas and hints of liquorice and
cloves. It�s a taste you�ll forever treasure and one you'll always
return to. Tobermory, Isle of Mull.
Littlemill 12 Year Old. Little
mill is a fine example of a Lowland single malt. The origins of the
distillery have been lost in the mists of time but its long and
cherished history has resulted in a malt with a light aroma which is
very soft on the palate with a malty and flavourful taste in the classic

Longmorn 12 Year Old. Longmorn-Glenlivet distilleries, matured & bottled by Gordon & Macphail, Elgin. A very special Speyside Whiskey, smooth and to be savoured.
Longrow CV. A
special bottling from the Springbank distillery made up of whiskies
aged between 6 and 14 years, matured in sherry, port, bourbon and rum
casks. This Longrow is a little like a CV for the brand, containing a
range of differently aged whiskies. Campbeltown, Argyll. The Macallan 10 Year Old Sherry Oak. Our
unfaltering obsession with selecting exceptional oak casks and

product of the matchless New Zealand environment and of years of
dedicated, skilful, patient toil, Milford is a single malt whisky of

Miltonduff 10 Year Old. Established
in 1824 from buildings once used as a mea-mill by the monks at the
nearby Pluscarden Priory, Miltonduff Distillery produces a fragrant,
flowery malt with hints of peat and vanilla. It is said that the Black
Burn from which the distillery draws its water, was blessed by a saintly
abbot in the 15 th cenrury, and that the stone upon which he knelt was built into the distillery walls. Speyside.
Oban 14 Year Old From
the little bay of caves, a smoky, peaty flavour full of orange tones.
Not for the faint hearted, its rich flavourful notes attributed to its
ancient and un-hurried methods of production. Oban. Penderyn Single Malt WhiskyLike

The Singleton 12 Year Old The
sweet and fruity notes in this fine malt from Dufftown, at the heart of
Speyside, are the products of traditional, slow distilling, using pure
water from the Highlandman John�s Well. Long maturation in a unique
balance of European and American Oak then gives The Singleton of
Dufftown its smooth, richly satisfying taste.
Springbank CV A
new release of CV from Springbank. This is the second edition, and CV
really does stand for Curriculum Vitae in this case! It is made up of
varying ages and styles of whisky from the Campbeltown distillery -
great idea huh! Campbelltown, Argyll.
Strathisla 12 Year Old. At
Strathisla, in the heart of the Scottish Highlands, they have been
distilling fine malt whisky since 1786. Little has changed over the
centuries; this is still a craft, not an industry, and the fact shows in
the quality of the whisky itself. Fresh water from the spring, lightly
peated barley malt are the only ingredients. Strathisla has been
described by an expert as �very smooth, song, soothing.� Keith.
